Our beef is a non-returnable item

Due to the perishable nature of our beef items, we don’t take returns on any of our products. Please, take the time to inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the items are damaged or if you received the wrong thing.

We at Prairie Promise Lean Beef ship our frozen beef using quality materials for insulation and safety. It isn’t unusual for the beef to begin to thaw during transport, and you can refreeze it on arrival. 

We can’t accept returns on gift cards.
